First of all, let me welcome you to one of our rental properties. We will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Considering the number of apartments we manage on a daily basis, and to reduce the number of unnecessary calls and emails, we have created this guidebook with ample information, that will answer most of your questions, doubts or problems you may encounter during your stay.

Damage Deposit
We are delighted to welcome you to your upcoming holiday accommodation! As you prepare for a wonderful time in our accommodation, we want to ensure that your stay is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. To maintain the beauty and quality of our accommodations, we have a few essential details to share with you.
Security deposit:
Prior to your arrival at the accommodation, we require a deposit between €100 and €300, depending on the type of accommodation you are staying in. This deposit serves as a security measure and helps us keep the property in excellent condition. Please note that access to the property will only be granted after the deposit has been successfully processed. Rest assured, the deposit will be fully refunded after your stay, provided the property remains undamaged and in satisfactory condition.
Respect for the property:
We trust that you will treat our accommodation with the utmost care and respect. Any damage caused during your stay, beyond normal wear and tear, will unfortunately be deducted from your deposit. In addition, we kindly ask you to leave the property in the same condition in which you found it. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the property is left in an unacceptable condition on your departure.
Your cooperation in complying with these guidelines is greatly appreciated. We are committed to providing you with a memorable holiday experience and by working together, we can ensure that our property remains a welcoming and enjoyable haven for all our guests.

The day of your arrival you will receive a message via your booking platform, explaining where to pick up the keys to your holiday rental, how to get to the rental property etc.
